How can I manage timesheet approvals?
Supervisor / Administrator Support
The approval mechanism allows a Payroll Administrator to delegate to department supervisors the work of approving timesheets. When a supervisor approves a timesheet, it is elevated to their approval level, “APPROVED,” and they can no longer edit that employee’s timesheet for that pay period, unless the Payroll Administrator unlocks the timesheet for them by rolling the timesheet status back to lower level.
