NE Time Systems, a technology company, has announced that John F. Martin & Sons and Martin’s Country Market have increased their productivity by utilizing the NE Time Systems solution (powered by NOVAtime).  Although both companies are growing, they have maintained a family-owned identity and a local focus for both hiring and distribution. John F. Martin and Sons specializes in the processing of cooked and fresh meat products, and has about 300 team members at their locations in Stevens, PA, and Wolmelsdorf, PA.  Martin's Country Market is a grocery store, located in Ephrata, PA, that has about 200 team members.  

 

Maribel Roman-Correa, HR Generalist, says, “The system is extremely user-friendly.” She elaborates, saying that demonstrating how to use the system is easy as well. Previously, calculating totals to the tenth of the hour, was a time consuming process. Ms. Roman-Correa is pleased that the new system automates these calculations, making this part of the process effortless. She also likes that she can produce reports easily and quickly. Comparing their new NT450-FP biometric smart push clock kiosks to their previous handreaders units, Ms. Roman-Correa says, “The clocks are faster and easier to use.”

 

Asked about the NE Time Systems team, Ms. Roman-Correa answers, “I am always pleased with the way they assist us.  Even when research time is required, the turnaround time is less than a day.” She continues, “They are very diligent and willing to help with anything we need, such as building reports for our accountants.”
