How do I take a screenshot?

The Print Screen button on the keyboard copies an image of the entire screen to the clipboard.  This image can be pasted into any program having access to the clipboard… Word, Excel, Outlook, Paint, etc

Here are a few universal keyboard shortcuts…

Ctrl+V = paste

Ctrl+C = copy

Ctrl+Z = undo

Ctrl+X = cut
