Prior to working with NE Time Systems, 2G Energy Inc. used a basic off-the-shelf punch clock. According to HR & Operations Manager, Debby Emerson, “Our punch clock did not really do anything for us. It had no interface to payroll, didn’t keep track of PTO hours, and had no way to address missed punches.”  

 

Regarding the NE Time Systems solution, Ms. Emerson says, “We like it a lot. Everything is easy to find and easy to use. Implementation was very easy, and everybody seems to be using it as they should. I know that the production manager appreciates how easy it is to make corrections and pull reports, and employees like knowing how much PTO time they have left.”
